Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are the hours of operation?

Nior Graphics operates Monday – Friday, we’re closed on weekends and holidays. 

 

2. What’s the turnaround time? 

For all services excluding Shopify website developments and branding packages the standard turnaround time is 3-9 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Shopify website developments turnaround time is 4 weeks. Branding packages and logo branding suites turnaround time is up to 14 business days.  

 

3. Do you offer revisions? 

Yes, you're given three free revisions to each service. After you have exceeded this limit, you will be charged a $10 revision fee per revision. 

 

4. How can we communicate with you?

All communication with Nior Graphics will be done via email at niorgraphics@gmail.com. If you would like to chat via phone one on one phone consultations are available for booking.  

 

5. What is the payment process?

All services must be paid in full before the design process begins. 

 

6. What’s your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we don’t provide any refunds under any circumstances.

   

7. What happens if I ghost a project? 

You’re given 20 days to respond to any started project after your drafts have been sent. If you respond after 20 days of your draft being sent you will incur a 20% ghost fee (you will be charged 20% of your original purchase). If you don’t respond within 30 days of your drafts being sent out your order will be cancelled. 

 

8. Do you offer printing services? 

Unfortunately, we don't offer printing services at the moment but we can provide you with a list of companies that offers this service upon request. 

 

9. Am I allowed to inquire about services that aren't listed online?

Yes, if you have an inquire about a service that's not listed online feel free to send an email to niorgraphics@gmail.com.
