Payments:

When purchasing a design you’re required to pay the full price of your desired service before the design process begins. We accept credit, debit and PayPal payments. 

 

Refund Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Turnaround Time:

• Once your order is submitted your turnaround time will begin on the following business day. 

• The standard turnaround time for all designs excluding website developments branding packages, logo branding suites are 3-9 business days. Shopify website developments turnaround time is 4 weeks. Branding packages and logo branding suites are up to 14 business days. Our hours of operation are within Monday – Friday. Weekends and/or holidays aren’t included.

• Rush services are available for all services except logo and website developments with a 2 business day turnaround time. 

 

Communication:

• All communication must be done within a timely manner. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for email responses during our normal business hours. 

• There will be no constant communication during the design process, but if you have any questions regarding your order, please email niorgraphics@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line, we'll be happy to assist and answer any questions you may have. 

• If you would like communicate via phone, phone consultations are available for booking.

Revisions:

• You're given three free revisions for all services excluding shopify website developments with additional revision fees of $10 each. Shopify website developments includes 3-4 free revisions for each page, additional revisions and fees are to be discussed.  

• Revisions aren’t redesigns. Revisions include minor changes such as color changes, font type, wording, element size etc. While redesigns include a new design, new placements, concepts, and layouts. 

• Redesigns cannot be substituted for revisions; prices may vary but there will be an additional fee for redesigns.

 

After Your Order is Completed:

• You will receive your final files in the PNG, JPG and/or PDF format depending on your service. 

• After your design has been finalized and you’ve received your files and would like to make minor changes to your design there will be an additional fee to move forward.
