After Purchasing:
Send an email niorgraphics@gmail.com including your order number in the subject line along with your brand name, brand colors, business type, detailed description of your logo and branding suite ideas and inspirational pictures. I will not accept inspirational designs are you've received design drafts.

- Refunds aren't provided under any circumstances.
- Turnaround time: up to 14 business days (this time doesn't include weekends and/or holidays).
- Revision turnaround time: 3 business days.
- You’re given 3 free revision changes from 1/3 of the drafts provided (font, color or placement change). There will be an additional fee of $10 for additional revisions.
